Mediation Package
SMC offers a Fixed Fee Mediation Package to parties for speedy yet cost-effective assistance for resolving their disputes. Keeping in view clients convenience, our Chamber has provided various reliable packages and clients can choose the one that suits them best.Packages provided are:
Fixed Fee Mediation Packages:

| Value of claim and counterclaim: | PKR 1 million/ USD 10,000. |
| a) Half day Mediation (03 hours): | PKR 25,000/ USD 250 per party plus tax. |
| b) Full day Mediation (06 hours): | PKR 45,000/ USD 450 per party plus tax. |
| Package 2 |
| Value of claim and counterclaim: | Above PKR 1 million/USD 10,000 but under PKR 5 million/ USD 50,000. |
| a) Half day Mediation (03 hours): | PKR 50,000/USD 500 per party plus tax. |
| b) Full day Mediation (06 hours): | PKR 100, 000/USD 1000 per party plus tax. |
| Package 3 |
| Value of claim and counterclaim: | Above PKR 5 Million/USD 50,000 but under PKR 10 million/USD 100,000. |
| a) Half day Mediation (03 hours): | PKR 100,000/ USD 1000 per party plus tax. |
| b) Full day Mediation (06 hours): | PKR 200, 000/ USD 2000 per party plus tax. |
| Package 4 |
| Value of claim and counterclaim: | Above PKR 10 Million/ USD 100,000 but under PKR 50 million/ USD 500,000. |
| a) Half day Mediation (03 hours): | PKR 200,000/ USD 2000 per party plus tax. |
| b) Full day Mediation (06 hours): | PKR 300, 000/ USD 3000 per party plus tax. |
NOTE:
- All Mediation Packages include rooms (subject to availability)
- The Mediation Fee remains fixed in accordance with the size of the dispute as notified by the parties.
- SMC reserves to review the fee if it becomes apparent that the dispute is larger than notified.
